Be On Time. Do Not Have It On Your Side.
As you have probably figured out, I have been TDY 3 times in the last 5 months. It’s been an adventure and not all fun and games.
There are three things in the Army that will keep your command off of your back:
Be at the right place, at the right time, in the right uniform.
I guess you can imagine with my schedule, it can be quite a challenge. That’s why I want to share something with you. It’s called HiTask and it’s FREE.
It makes me look like the squared away soldier that others aspire to be. 
It’s a web application that allows you to effectively manage your schedule, arrange appointments, and blah blah blah. For lack of better words, it’s a time management tool. If you have a larger family, you can share tasks and manage your home projects just like a business. If you have a business you can make use of time management traits, and employment of good communication skills within a crew.
I just like it because it gives me a chance to schedule my time all through the day without any failure.
It has a simple and effective user interface. The interface is made up of tasks, calendar and your team if you get the paid version.
You can share duties and responsibilities with your *husband* or other family member, as well as assign duties.
Lets say, I’m at Fort Gordon and my husband is in Germany and he needs a copy of a bill in order to pay it. If he is forgetful, you can share the task on the day, have it email you and attach the file to the task. Pretty awesome huh?
AND… you can have it populate your Google Calendar and Outlook automatically.
Guess what else…it’s an app for that.

How can you make your life easier or more manageable?
The best thing is that it’s Dummy-proof. HiTask does not need long manuals to study. There is no need of training for to be able to use the application.
You don’t have to put details of your “Secret” event, but you can be at the right place, at the right time, in the right uniform.
